Polishing Update Sep 17 2023

 - fixed: when landing on planets, fixed lookat matrix, so player doesn't fall, then end up looking at sky

 - fixed: look down speed slows to a crawl

 - fixed: make objectives show/hide-able (added checkbox to settings)

 - added new commands: !Offers and !Accept

!Offers - lists the offers a particular chat user has received

!Accept <user> - accepts the first offer from <user> that a particular chat user has received

 - added: land on planet indicator "B to Land"

 - fixed: minimap is partially transparent

 - added: settings for minimap size, Full, Half, option to hide
