Html Launch Test

Ok, this wasn't that bad to make using Three.js and Bing, a basic game window that goes full screen and back with a click of a button.

I'm going to attempt to port demos over to WebGL and then direct folks to Steam for releases... why not, right? ok well, this is the first step.

WebGL, web app from scratch is relatively simple.
