sniper zoom like fortnite added

It was just bouncing around in my head after playing fortnite so much lately, that the zoom of the sniper rifle is fairly easy to replicate in code, and after a few prompts from BING, and learning a bit more about map and iterators, etc.  BAM, we got zoom.
